Q. How Do I make a purchase on knitroot?
- Go to www.knitroot.com
- Under the Shop Section select your desired category of products.
- Select the product you want to buy
- Go to Customising section below
- Select size and add the name you want on the garment.
- And Click on Buy now!
- Add in your details and Place the order.
- The product will be delivered in 6 to 7 working days.

Q. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, another customer can still buy it before you complete your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email helpknitroot@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 93728 51546 to find out if there is a backorder for that item.
Q. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
It’s of prime importance to us that the product qualities appear as are on the site and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices may vary.

Orders
Q. How do I know you have got my order?
As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with an order Id.
Q. Can I add new items to an existing order?
Sorry that’s not possible. You can always place a fresh order. If you need everything to reach you together then email on helpknitroot@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 93728 51546
Q. I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet we will make the change or cancel your order. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, especially since most of our products are personalized.
Q. When will my Order get dispatched?
Since majority of the products available on the website are customised, the delivery times vary and are mentioned with the product description. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery times may also vary based on location.You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched.
Q. Do I get free shipping?
Standard Shipping for India. 80/- INR
Q. What taxes and duties will I have to pay?
If shipping within India you will only have to pay GST which is automatically calculated by the system and is included in the price of the item as displayed on the website.
Q. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you the tracking details via E-mail or WhatsApp.
Customization
Q. Will I get a preview of what my personalised product will look like?
We have tried our best to provide images which are a close representation of the actual product. You can be rest assured that our design team will take utmost care to ensure that your product matches the image you see. Also for further queries after the order is placed we will send you the design for approval if needed.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of characters when I personalise a product?
For certain products we cannot accommodate too many characters, as the space for the name is limited and therefore a character limit is applicable. Often the final look depends on the length of the name/text entered.
Q. Can I change the details I have used to personalise a product once I have placed an order?
Please ensure correct all details are entered while ordering, once ordered we won’t be able to change the same. Thank you
Q. Since I am personalising my product can I change the designs/colors/patterns to suit my needs?
You can add in the details as per your custom needs on our website under the customization section while placing the order. For further queries we will be in touch with you via WhatsApp.

Q. Is my personal information kept private?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
Q. What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?
Absolutely not! A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests.
Payment
Q. What payment methods does knitroot accept?
We accept payments via UPI (Paytm/ Gpay) and debit card bank transfer , credit/debit card , gpay , Paytm etc. We do not accept Cash On delivery.
Q. Is it safe to pay on knitroot?
Absolutely! At Knitroot your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
Q. How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order you will be sent an email confirmation with an order Id.
Returns & Exchanges
Q. Can I return or exchange an item I bought from Knitroot?
Since our products are personalised and we have created an item especially for you we do not allow exchanges or returns for any of our products.
Q. What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
Knitroot tries it’s best to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged product, please e-mail us a picture of the same within 1 day on helpknitroot@gmail.com with your order/invoice number clearly stated in the e-mail. We will respond to you within the next 24 hours via e-mail and guide you whether you need to send the product back to us or we will just be sending you a replacement.
